Vacation Certificate for two Terms and Conditions

• No timeshare presentation is required to use this vacation incentive. We will take care of everything with the exception of your airfare and government taxes. 
• On our Website  Design, Logo Design and our SEO services, we will take care of the government taxes and stay providing your trip is to Las Vegas Nevada. Air fares not included. 
• The expiration date shown on the certificate applies to its activation—not the completion of travel. The certificate must be activated within 30 days of receipt, and travel must be completed within 18 months after activation.
• This vacation incentive cannot be combined with another hotel-stay promotion, complimentary vacation certificate, or similar promotional offer.
• Group travel is not permitted under the standard offer. Only one vacation incentive may be used per household, hotel, or resort for the same or overlapping travel dates. Friends, relatives, acquaintances, or other associated parties traveling together or on similar dates cannot redeem separate complimentary certificates for the same trip. Additional charges may apply to approved group-travel arrangements.
• Standard accommodations are intended for one or two adults sharing one room. At least one registered guest must be 21 years of age or older. Some participating properties may accommodate up to two children age 12 or younger, depending on room capacity, bed configuration, and availability. Adding children may reduce the number of available hotel options.
• The certificate becomes void if it is sold, purchased, bartered, or exchanged by the recipient. It is valid only for an eligible reservation at a participating hotel or resort in an available destination.
• Activation and reservation costs may include processing or recovery charges, government taxes, tourism fees, and other destination-specific expenses. The primary reservation holder must present a valid government-issued photo ID and a major credit or debit card bearing a Visa, Mastercard, or American Express logo at check-in.
• The recipient receives the promotional room rate at no charge, with an estimated retail value of up to $350 per night. The recipient remains responsible for all additional expenses, including airfare, transportation, meals, beverages, gratuities, parking, resort fees, upgrades, and personal or incidental expenses.
• Some participating properties charge mandatory resort fees directly to the guest. When applicable, these fees and their covered amenities should be disclosed during the hotel and travel-date selection process.
• Eligibility for the five-night First-Time Visitor Puerto Plata All-Inclusive offer requires the traveler to:
  • Be between 30 and 75 years old at the time of travel
  • Legally reside in the United States or Canada, excluding Quebec
  • Have a minimum annual household income of $50,000
  • Possess a valid major credit card
  • Pay a resort fee of $29.95 per night at the time of booking
• Reservations require a minimum of 30 days’ advance notice and are always subject to availability. Accommodations may not be available during major holidays, peak periods, or resort special events.
• Sunday-through-Thursday check-ins generally provide the greatest availability. Check-in may be offered seven days a week, but weekend and peak-season reservations may require an additional surcharge.
• All certificate activations are final, nonrefundable, and nontransferable. The recipient has 18 months after activation to select from the available destinations, participating properties, and travel dates.
• Once a reservation is confirmed, changes are not permitted. Cancellations, missed arrivals, and no-shows will result in the forfeiture of all activation and reservation fees paid.
• The traveler must reside at least 100 miles or 160 kilometers from the selected destination resort. Travelers who do not meet this requirement must select another eligible destination or resort offer.
• The certificate has no cash value and is void where prohibited by law or if the applicable promotion is discontinued. Terms, participating properties, availability, fees, and destination options are subject to change without notice.
• When necessary due to availability, a hotel or resort of equal or similar value may be offered with the certificate holder’s approval.
• Room type and bed configuration are subject to availability at check-in unless a specific room upgrade was selected, paid for, and confirmed in advance.
• Certificate holders should rely only on the official written terms associated with the vacation incentive. Verbal representations that conflict with the written terms will not apply.
• A household or individual may redeem only one vacation incentive within any 12-month period. Each destination may be redeemed only once per household, individual, or accompanying guest during their lifetime.
• Redemption requests that appear to violate or circumvent these restrictions may be canceled and, where applicable, refunded at the fulfillment provider’s sole discretion.
• To redeem the certificate, activate it through the designated online redemption portal. After activation, follow the provided instructions to search for participating destinations, hotels, resorts, and available travel dates.
